Jo Faris, President
Jo Faris has a fifteen year track record of success in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Alcasa, Inc., Jo held numerous positions at the Fieldstone Group of Companies including division president, general manager, director of land acquisition, and project manager. During her time at Fieldstone, Jo generated over $325 million net operating income, founded the North Counties division, managed the land company, led the acquisition teams for all master planned communities, and wound down three operating divisions. Jo’s additional experience includes time as a senior consultant in Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal’s Real Estate Consulting Group, as well as experience in the retail and banking sectors. Jo received her bachelor of arts in political science from Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California, and an M.B.A. from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.
